If I ask for a show of hands of those who would say that candida is ruining your life – you might be the first to raise your hand. I get it!
Candida does negatively affect our lives, but there are ways to get over the hump and head in the direction of a better life and a better you. I wrote this article to ensure you that candida doesn’t have to ruin your life.
If candida is ruining your life, then I have some tips and tricks that may help. I’m not going to give you anything ground-breaking, but things that I have learned over my many years of battling candida.
So, let’s get into this. For those that are feeling the pressure of candida and feel like it’s ruining your life, these steps should added considered and added to your life.
Ignorance isn’t the answer.
When I first learned that I had candida, I started doing a lot of searching and researching. Of course, the first thing that I wanted to know was what I could do to defeat this ruthless foe. During my month-long research binge, I discovered an ebook by Linda Allen called Yeast No More. This ebook was a simple outline of what candida was all about and how I could take steps to overcome it.

The problem with online forums and Facebook groups is that everyone is different and various methods may only work for some people.
You can’t take a candida solution and say that it will work for everyone because that’s not the case. However, the eBook by Linda Allen was foundational for me to really understand everything I needed to know about candida.
It took away the opinions and fluff, and gave me the basic reasons and solutions for overcoming candida overgrowth.
You can check out her eBook here. I believe it will be very helpful to you.
There are no quick fixes.
I’m going to let you in on a little secret. When I first got diagnosed with candida, I would run from one solution to another. I would try one remedy for a couple of days, and if that didn’t make me feel better, I would quickly jump to another one. I never really gave the remedy a chance! A “quick fix” is a normal mindset for most of us. We all want to feel better now, but sadly, this just isn’t reality.

LEARN THE STEPS I TOOK TO CURE MY CANDIDA
After several years of being really sick, I discovered that I had Candida. Candida makes you feel terrible, and can rob you from the joy of living your life. I set out to build a blueprint to cure my candida for good. You can learn the exact steps that I took with the Candida Warriors program.
That’s why you can’t keep looking for better ways or new methods. Killing candida is simple; you need to kill the yeast directly by starving it, healing the gut, and adding good probiotics to your system.
There will always be new ideas, new products, and “so-called” great ideas when it comes to killing off yeast, but don’t stray away from the foundation of killing off the yeast, healing your gut, and feeding your body with good probiotics that it needs to thrive.
You may be close to finding success, and then you end up leaving the plan for a new idea. Just stay put for the long haul, and you’ll be glad that you did.
Make a plan.
Stick to that plan.
Don’t stop living.
It’s confession time again. During my battle with candida, I started to become depressed. It could have been the die-off, the constant disappointments, or the uncomfortable feeling of being sick all the time, but I stopped living, and this didn’t help with my recovery.
You cannot stop living. You have to march on, and see the positives in all the circumstances that you face.
Fighting off candida takes a lot of mental labor; it takes being in the right mindset and having the mental stability to stay in the fight. You cannot stop living your life – you have to rise above your illness.
I know what you’re thinking – how in the world am I going to do that? Well, there are a couple of things that really helped me.
#1. I didn’t seclude myself.
I stayed where the party was, sort to speak. I talked with people about how I was feeling and shared my experiences.
I played with my children and went for walks. All of these things helped me each day, but they also helped me in the big picture. When you have the attitude, you’ll be able to fight harder and stronger.
#2. I didn’t feel sorry for myself.
It’s easy for our minds to wander and start to feel sorry for ourselves. First, we start comparing ourselves with others, and then we begin to feel defeated.
There are lots of people that are in far worse condition than you and me. Feeling sorry for ourselves will rob us of the grit we need in this health fight.
#3. I focused on the day, not the future
I didn’t look down the road but cared more about the victories and battles of the day. It’s easy to lose ourselves in thought and begin to worry about what might happen.
Does candida turn to cancer? Will I be like this for the rest of my life? Will I ever find an answer? Do I really have candida, or is it something else? Maybe these are questions that you’ve had and struggled with. It’s easy to lose ourselves in the maybe or might be of the future – don’t let your mind wander to these places.
It would be best if you stayed focused on the battle at hand. It would help if you kept in the daily fight. When we begin to think about the far future, we become ineffective in the daily fight.
Don’t let candida consume your life.
This may sound surprising, but there is more to life than candida.
It’s easy for candida to control our lives, our thoughts and our day to day activity.
One day my wife told that all I talked about was candida. She was right.
It consumed my thoughts and it was ruining my life.
You need to take a break from candida and not let it saturate your thoughts every waking moment. Of course, there are times when you’ll need to educate yourself, but it’s important to step away for a rest.
We’ll look at balance later in this article.
When you enjoy the journey, the destination will be much sweeter.
Instead of seeing your candida diagnosis as a curse, try looking at it as a journey. Embrace the opportunity to become a better and healthier you.
Share your experience with others and set out to help people live healthier lives. This may sound crazy, but it is possible to enjoy your candida journey. How? Let’s break it down in three simple ways.
#1. Enjoy learning, teaching others.
As you learn about candida and overcome it, you can pass that knowledge to other people. So many people struggle with candida and have no idea. Your journey with candida is an opportunity to reach out and help other people.
#2. You’re becoming a better you.
Your fight isn’t against candida directly; it’s about becoming a better you. This journey will be filled with ups and downs, but as you move forward, you’re going to learn a lot about yourself and how you can achieve a healthier and happier life.
#3. Remember that every journey is filled with successes and failures
Every journey is filled with successes and failures and these teach us valuable lessons.
The journey of fighting candida isn’t easy, but it sure helps us become stronger.
These lessons of success and failure are gold in becoming who we will be.
Find balance.
The last point I want to make in this article is the importance of finding balance. So many people begin a candida diet or routine that’s almost impossible to maintain. They normally give up without ever completing.
Balance, peace, and joy are the fruit of a successful life. It starts with recognizing your talents and finding ways to serve others by using them.
Thomas Kinkade
You need to find balance in all the areas of your life. Don’t lean to extremeness or you’ll usually give up.
Conclusion
If you feel that candida is ruining your life, these simple steps will help.
You don’t have to live in defeat. You can still live your life, enjoy the journey, and become a better person because of it.
Thank you
