Before I got diagnosed with Candida, it was a constant barrage of people giving me looks as if to say – he’s just faking it, or it’s all in his head.
It’s frustrating, to say the least, especially if you don’t know how to explain to someone what’s causing the issues in your gut. In this article, I am going to lay it all out on the line. I’m going to explain to the nay-sayers the real issue I’m facing and how they can help me.
This article isn’t just about me. It’s for anyone that knows someone that’s dealing with the issue of Candida. This article is going to teach you how to help them get better. Maybe someone sent this article to you, follow this advice and you can be a part of the solution and not the problem.
First, the Issue. I Have Candida Overgrowth
Candida is a real condition that’s caused by an overgrowth of Candida Albicans in the gut. It’s a natural yeast that helps with the digestion process in a healthy digestion system, but if this yeast overgrows, then it can cause a whole host of problems.
Candida isn’t something that’s contagious, because most people already have it in their body. An healthy gut will automatically keep it balanced, but when something changes in our gut that causes Candida to become a pathogen, then it’s going to lead to trouble.
Candida is hard to diagnose because it’s symptoms are so broad. Normally candida is diagnosed as IBS by most medical doctors without any real cure. A person is given a set of prescription drugs that are normally designed to deal with the symptoms and not tackle the real issue.
When candida breaks through the intestine walls, it enters the bloodstream, impacting almost every part of the body. It causes brain fog, tiredness, and even depression.
Dealing with candida can be frustrating. Finding the right solution can be hard and can cause a whole host of emotional issues.
Our bodies work in balance, especially within the digestive tract, and when that balance is off – it causes a multitude of digestive issues. Candida is the result of an unbalanced digestive tract, and it eventually can affect the entire body.

After several years of being really sick, I discovered that I had Candida. Candida makes you feel terrible, and can rob you from the joy of living your life. I set out to build a blueprint to cure my candida for good. You can learn the exact steps that I took with the Candida Warriors program.
Most medical doctors don’t recognize Candida as a problem. My GI doctor told me that yeast isn’t in the gut, but this isn’t true. There are credible medical reports that state the danger of overgrowth of yeast in the digestive tract and the host of issues it causes.

How Can You Help Me?
Candida can be confusing and hard to understand; I get it. However, that doesn’t mean candida doesn’t exist or that it’s some made-up condition by people who have nothing better to do with their lives.
So, if you’d like to help me get better and back on my feet, then consider these simple ideas.
Be Apart of My Solution.
If you want to be on the team to help me get better, then be a part of the solution. There’s enough emotional baggage with candida; I don’t need more stress from friends and family. When it comes to Candida, stress can actually prolong recovery.
So don’t be the reason I am stressed!
Encourage good healthy choices. Don’t criticize my health preferences or keep telling me that I’m not actually sick. Maybe you’d like to add the candida diet to your daily routine as well, to support me.
If candida is a mystery to you, then don’t remain in the dark. Instead, read an eBook to give you more insight into what candida is and how you can help me (You might even have candida and not know it). Check out Yeast No More here by Linda Allen to learn more.
Encourage Me to Keep Seeking Healthy Habits.
Staving the candida is fundamental in getting rid of it for good. This means that I’m going to need to stick to a very detailed diet – I guarantee that I’m going to want to quiet or give up. How can you help me? You can encourage me to stick to the plan.
Everyone needs encouragement. It’s human nature to get discouraged, and it’s helpful to have someone there to give us a hand, and a word of encouragement goes a long way.
When I was in little league softball, we always had a first and third-base coach. When you hit the ball, they would always be screaming at you to “GO HARD!” That encouragement is important to keep you running as hard as possible until you cross the home plate.
Encouragement is important for success in any field. If you want me to get better, then encourage me to keep following healthy habits.
Again, maybe join me on the Candida diet. This will help you in your journey in wellness, but also encourage me keep with the plan.
Please Don’t Complain About Where I Am, Compliment Me At What I’ve Gained.
When someone is sick, the pathway to feeling better is slow and steady. I know you want me to feel better, and I want to be there too. It’s easy to complain about the lack of success in this journey for better health, but instead of complaining, it would be better to compliment the progress I’ve made so far.
Complimenting my progress is going to encourage me to keep going and help me get to my goals faster.
It may not seem like it, but I’ve made progress. I started a program to help kill off the yeast, and regain my health.
Again, you’re either going to help build on my progress or tear it down – help me reach my goals!
