The Beginning

MODULE 1

In this module we'll get a better understanding of Candida. By having a good view of why Candida overgrows is our gut, we can be better prepared to fight against it. We're also going to take some time and discuss how to find out if Candida is actually the issue that we have.

Why should you join the Candida Warriors Program? There are actually so many reasons. This program is filled with so much value, and if you're a candida sufferer, organizing your Candida treatment should be your first concern. This lesson will discuss reasons why the Candida Warriors Program is the best program for beating Candida.

In this lesson, I'm going to emplain what Candida is, and why it may be an issue for you. I'll explain why you may have Candida and not even know it, and your next steps to getting rid of it for good.

My story is about being sick for months and not knowing what in the world was wrong with me. When I finally figured out I had Candida, these are the steps that I decided to take.

There are two conditions with Candida that you'll need to be familiar with: acute and chronic. The type of Candida that you have will determine which treatment you should begin.

In this lesson, I'm going to discuss the long list of Candida symptoms. I'll break down the list of symptoms and also look at the connection between IBS and Candida.

Do you have candida? I'm going to discuss why you may have this terrible fungus disturbing your life and not even know it. I also offer up my questionnaire that will give you insight to whether or not you actually have Candida. I completed this questionnaire and scored a 380!

Getting Started With the Program

MODULE 2

In this module, we're giving you important recourses to help you understand our approach fo this course and the entire Candida Warriors Program. We'll discuss our action plan, the Candida Fast, and the importance of positive affirmations.

This lesson gives you a break down what you can expect with the Candida Warriors Program. I call this the "nut and bolts" of the program because it's describes for you the entire premise of how we'll overcome Candida.

Positive affirmations give you the confidence and motivation each day to finish strong. I'll discuss what positive affirmations are, and why you should consider adding them to your daily routine.

The Candida Diet or the Candida Fast is a huge part of any Candida treatment. In this lesson, I'm going to give you an overview of the Candida Diet and give you a PDF cheatsheet that you can use for a reference.

The First 30 Days - Kill the Candida

It's now to begin the first 30 days. This module is designed to give you the proper tools for beating Candida and finding success through the first 30 days. I'm going to give you two important tools that will guide you through this course, and the steps I took in my first 30 days.

MODULE 4

This module is all about the step by step tricks and tips I learned throughout the first 30 days. I break down each day and the struggles that I faced and how I overcame them. I'm also going to give you the exact meals that I ate for all 30 days.

Day 1

It's time to begin the Candida Warriors Program. There are many reasons why you should begin this program today, but there is one big reason why you should, and that's because of your health. When I started the Candida Warriors program, I felt amazing! I recovered my health and lost almost 20 pounds. It takes courage to begin, but it's important for you to take the first step for better health.

For breakfast for day #1, we're going to with boiled eggs that I made in my new dash cooker. Boiled eggs are so easy to make and are perfect for a snack or a meal.

For lunch on day #1, we're going to have some cabbage soup. Cabbage soup is so good for you, and helps to kill off Candida too! You can also make this cabbage soup and eat it throughout the week.

For dinner on day #1, it's going to be a cauliflower rice, with chicken that's covered in a sugar-free BBQ sauce. This is such a wonderful meal. Who said that a meal has to be filled with carbs and sugars to taste great?

Day 2

It's day #2. Today we're going to convince your self that you're healthy and strong. We're also going to discuss how to respond when you mess up on the diet. It's all about having the proper mindset.

Breakfast on day #2 is so easy to make. It's egg muffins. I know it may sound weird, but you can't diss it until you've tried it. I'm going to walk you through the steps this morning.

Lunch for day #2 is a different type of salad you're probably used to having each day. It's a cabbage salad. Cabbage is so good for you, and so we've made a salad that doesn't just have a ton of health benefits, but also helps kill your Candida.

Dinner for day #2 is pan-fried haddock with a lemon-juice coleslaw on the side. Fish has a lot of health benefits, but one of the most important is its Anti-inflammatory properties. You're going to love this simple recipe.

Day 3

On day #3, we're going to discuss sugar cravings and how you can fight them off. We'll let you know some tips on how you can get the upper hand on your sugar cravings.

Breakfast for day #3 is boiled eggs that are cooked medium well. I love my eggs just a little runny, I find that this gives them more flavor. Don't forget to add some salt and pepper as well.

Lunch for Day #3 is some left over cabbage soup and on the side it's rutabaga home fries. On this day, I'm going to show you exactly how I made it.

Dinner for day #3 is on of the best salads that I've ever had. I tell you exactly what's in it in this lesson.

Day 4

What are the barriers or obstacles that are in your way when it comes to treating your Candida? We learn about my biggest obstacle and how I finally got over it.

Breakfast for day #4 is plain yogurt with ground flaxseed. It's both delicious and easy to make.

On day #4 it's a lunch that's both tasty and creative. You can't eat bread on the Candida diet, but you can be creative and use other ingredients as bread. It's a cucumber sandwich that uses a hard-bolied egg as the bread. Learn more here.

Dinner for day #4 is a fantastic meal. It's a chicken fajitas on cauliflower rice. It's a super tasty and filling meal that won't leave you feeling guilty. I'll tell you exactly how I put it all together in this lesson.

Day 5

Breakfast for day #5. For breakfast this morning, I had a detached veggie omelet.

Lunch for day #10 is a burger without the bread. You can make your own burgers, if you want. I know it can be hard to find beef burgers without wheat. I love making my own.

Dinner for day #10 is fish. We have haddock with quinoa salad. I chopped up tomatoes and cucumbers in my salad with a nice lemon juice dressing. It's great.
