If you want to beat your sinus infection, you have to first realise how most sinus infections develop. The best way to get rid of a sinus infection is starting at the very beginning – keep reading to learn more.

My Story . . .

I woke up on the first day of 2018 not feeling very well. I had a super painful sinus infection that really messed up my entire day.

I can’t stand sinus infections. The pressure and headache will put anyone in a really bad mood. Sinus infections or sinusitis is the result of inflammation in the sinus cavities. The inflamed cavities swell and causes pressure and a headache.

Doctors claim that most sinus infections are caused by bacteria and is rarely a result of a fungus. But is this the truth?

There are a lot of people that deal with this condition, and I know exactly how they all feel – terrible.

The Answer

Why are they getting recurring sinus infections? For most people, the answer to their problem is they are eating too much sugar. Why is sugar the problem?

Sugar causes inflammation. Other foods that cause inflammation in the body are:

  • Saturated Fats
  • Trans Fats
  • Omega 6 Fatty Acids
  • Refined Carbohydrates
  • MSG
  • Gluten and Casein
  • Aspartame
  • Alcohol

Sugar Causes An Imbalance in the Gut

Candida, a common yeast that naturally grows in our microbiota, can overgrow and cause a ton of unpleasant symptoms – such as sinusitis. One of the ways that candida can overgrow in our gut is a high diet of sugar.

In a study conducted in the Journal of Neuroscience, scientists discovered that the performance of mice, mentally and physically, dropped drastically after only four weeks of a diet high in fat and sugar.

If you didn’t know this all ready, sugar isn’t good for you.

Back to my Story . . .

I had eaten a lot of sugar during the holiday season. A lot.

I mean, I had eaten a lot.

The sugar causes Candida to flare up, and eventually caused my sinuses to be inflamed.

When people have sinus problems, the first thing that they do is reach for the Advil and take a couple of pills. I know that it’s true because I use to do the same thing. When we take Advil for sinusitis, it’s only treating the symptoms and not killing the root problem.

They Said, “You Have Chronic Sinusitis”

People take pill after pill and never get ahead. This was my life for many years. Doctors couldn’t figure out what was causing my sinus issues. Finally, they diagnosed me with chronic sinusitis. It’s a fancy name for – we have no idea.

They said, “just deal with it.” and it’s what I did for many years.

What’s The Reason?

In my search for a healthier life, I discovered that I didn’t have to “deal with it.” I discovered that by killing the root problem, I could heal my sinuses for good.

Take two weeks and cut out sugar from your diet. See if cutting out sugar makes a difference in your life. I know that it will. It sure did for me.

You’re not going to miss that annoying pressure and painful headache. You’re going to see that what I’m saying to you is 100% accurate, and your sinusitis is actually caused by an annoying fungus overgrowth called Candida.

Deal With the Root

Candida causes a lot of symptoms which irritate you every single day.

When candida progresses, it causes something called “Leaky gut” which make this whole dilemma even worse. Leaky gut causes bacteria, food particles and yeast to enter the bloodstream which unleashes a ton of other symptoms.

The most common symptom of candida is sinusitis.

Don’t take pill after pill treating the pain when you can fight back and go right to the source – Candida.
